A2: When I received a 710D Series Samsung TV and a Nintendo Switch for Christmas, I was startled to discover that despite my best efforts, they would not function together. Even Samsung remote help couldn’t fix it, so they tried everything else before blaming it on the Switch.

There were no known compatibility difficulties, thus the support guy couldn’t explain the problem.

Other HDMI inputs work perfectly with the Samsung (Sony BluRay, Fire TV, old XBox 360 etc.)
